Getting started
What is QuickWit?
QuickWit is a voice-first communication coach for the moments you can’t script: interviews, workplace moments, dates, and everyday social conversation. You practice out loud, QuickWit coaches every answer, and you walk into the real moment faster, sharper, and harder to rattle.
How does a practice session work?
Each session is a short, spoken exercise built around a real pressure moment. You answer out loud, and QuickWit gives you feedback on what worked, what got muddy, and how to make your next answer stronger. Pick a lane (Social, Dating, Workplace, or Interviews) and work through short lessons you can watch or read. The Practice tab adds five games: Quick Draw, Heckler, Elevator Pitch, Icebreaker, and In the Wild. Quick Draw is open from the start; the others open as you earn XP from lessons and games.
Do I need to use my microphone?
Yes. QuickWit is voice-first, so it needs microphone access to hear your responses. Supported voice exercises can send your recording to Deepgram for transcription. The app attempts to delete the local transcription recording after processing; failed cleanup can remain pending for retry. Optional Day 1 and Day 14 comparison recordings are kept on your device and are not sent for transcription or AI processing by that feature. Transcripts may be saved with your account for coaching and session history. You can review this in our Privacy Policy.
Subscription and billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. QuickWit includes a 7-day free trial with full access. Your subscription begins automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it’s up.
How much does QuickWit cost?
QuickWit Pro is $14.99 per month, or $89.99 per year ($7.50 per month, billed annually). Both plans include the 7-day free trial. QuickWit does not have a permanent free tier; the trial is the free period. Prices shown in the App Store reflect your local currency.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the app. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → QuickWit, then choose Cancel. To avoid being charged after the trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you’ve already subscribed and switched or reinstalled devices, tap Restore Purchase on the QuickWit paywall. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
How do I request a refund?
All App Store purchases, including QuickWit subscriptions, are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
In the QuickWit app, open Profile > Delete account. If deletion takes additional time, we will tell you the expected completion time and confirm when it is complete. We will also explain any information we are legally required to retain.
