I built QuickWit because I know what it feels like when the words do not come.

I grew up in India as a shy kid with very little confidence. In high school, I applied for a summer job at the front desk of a car dealership. They tested me by asking me to answer the phone. I froze so completely that I could not get a single word out.

Years later, a bad breakup sent me looking for advice. The book I found was supposed to help me win someone back. What kept my attention was the psychology and sociology underneath it. I started reading about communication, persuasion, and motivation, then changed careers at 30 so I could use those ideas in real conversations every day.

After years in enterprise sales and formal communication training, I kept coming back to the same gap. Advice can tell you what to say, but it cannot recreate the pressure of having to say it while someone is waiting.

QuickWit is the practice room I wish I had earlier: a private place to answer out loud, hear what worked, and try one adjustment before the real conversation.
